Clotilde is the owner of La Dolce Vita, Italian Cooking Classes
and has been offering to our Christchurch community
a taste of the Amalfi Coast
for the past 15 years.
Clotilde Romano Marshall will teach you the secrets to making tender, feather-light gnocchi.
Starting with the famous potato variation, process will be broken down in easy steps, from selecting the proper ingredietns to cutting and shaping perfect gnocchi.
From there, you’ll learn several creative colourful gnocchi variations and get to taste each one of them.
