Semolina Extra Fine Flour is a coarse, yellow flour made from durum wheat. It has a slightly gritty texture and high protein content, making it ideal for pasta and bread. Semola flour is often used to make traditional Italian pasta like spaghetti and penne, as it gives the pasta a firm texture and helps it hold its shape during cooking.
