Description

Made of the best selected corn kernels, it’s a good gluten-free substitute for just about any dish that calls for pasta or bread. Made only of coarsely ground corn and water, is the most famous dishes of traditional northern Italian cuisine.

Ready in a few minutes with intense aroma and flavour is a perfect match for sauces, meat and veggies. Freshly cooked, polenta is soft and creamy, like porridge or mash. When polenta cools down, it firms up enough to be sliced and fried or layered like pasta sheets and it can be used the next few days with many fun and tasty recipe.
