Description
Nebbiolo Superiore Tenute Neirano from the vineyards of Monferrato in Piedmont, this wine is made with 100% Nebbiolo. It expresses the region’s calcareous soils, continental‑climate character, and the estate’s expertise in ageing.
Tasting Notes:
Full‑bodied and elegant. Aromas of red cherry, rose petals, tar, and spice. On the palate, firm tannins, bright acidity, and a long finish with hints of dried fruit and minerality.
Food Pairing:
Pairs beautifully with roast lamb or beef, game, truffle dishes, and aged cheeses.
Serve at: 18‑20 °C
Ideal Ageing / Drinking Window: Drinks well after a few years cellar time; also late‑bottle development makes it good for medium‑term ageing.
