Egg Tagliatelle Pasta – Crafted in the heart of Italy using traditional Marche recipes, Filotea Tagliatelle is an artisanal egg pasta made with premium durum wheat semolina and fresh eggs. Unlike industrial pasta, it is slow-dried at low temperatures for 24–36 hours, resulting in a texture and flavor remarkably close to homemade pasta.
Its rich, porous surface absorbs sauces beautifully, making it ideal for both classic and gourmet dishes.
Filotea’s pasta is slightly more expensive due to its small-batch production, high-quality ingredients, and time-intensive drying process—offering a truly authentic Italian culinary experience.
