Description

Egg & Spinach Tagliatelle Nido Pasta – A colorful twist on a classic, Filotea’s Paglia e Fieno combines golden egg tagliatelle (“straw”) with vibrant spinach tagliatelle (“hay”) for a visually striking and flavorful pasta. Made in Italy using traditional methods, it features a rich dough of durum wheat semolina, fresh eggs, and natural spinach.

Slow-dried for over 24 hours, this artisan pasta delivers a delicate texture and excellent sauce absorption.

Filotea’s pasta is slightly more expensive due to its small-batch production, high-quality ingredients, and time-intensive drying process—offering a truly authentic Italian culinary experience.
