100% Barbera grapes from Asti, Piemonte, Italy.
Vinified using traditional methods (frequent mixing of skins / remontaggi) without the stems.
Aged for one year in stainless steel tanks.
Deep ruby red colour with garnet reflections.
Rich, robust flavour: note of marasca cherry, full body, and a vinoso bouquet (wine‑like, fruity scent).
Excellent with hearty, savoury dishes. Best served at room temperature.
Description
Barbera D’Asti Tenute Neirano a vibrant red from Piedmont, made from 100% Barbera grapes grown on the sun-soaked hills of Asti. Aged partly in oak to enhance complexity while preserving the grape’s natural freshness.
Tasting Notes:
Deep ruby color with aromas of ripe cherries, raspberries, and a hint of spice. Fresh, juicy palate with balanced acidity and soft tannins. Smooth and approachable with a lingering finish.
Food Pairing:
Ideal with grilled meats, pasta with red sauces, sausages, and mature cheeses.
ABV: ~13.5%
Serve at: 18°C
