Description
Amaronde Della Valpolicella D.O.C.G. is a bold, full-bodied red wine from the Veneto region in northern Italy. Made primarily from the Corvina, Rondinella, and Molinara grape varieties, Amarone is unique because the grapes are dried for several months before fermentation, concentrating their flavors. This process gives the wine rich, deep flavors of dark fruits like black cherry and raisin, along with hints of spice, chocolate, and a touch of earthy complexity. Known for its high alcohol content and velvety texture, Amarone is often enjoyed with hearty dishes such as grilled meats, aged cheeses, or rich pastas.
