Carandini’s story is as old as the story of Balsamic Vinegar of Modena. Since 1641, the finest vinegar has carried the surname Carandini, one of the oldest noble families of Modena. Its health-giving properties and distinctive, bittersweet, balanced and harmonious flavour are the result of a long artisanal tradition handed down from generation to generation.
