A moderately intense red wine, with hints of purple, typical of the variety. Hints of black cherries, plums, red mulberries and soft spice. Smooth with a fragrance of plums and red mulberries. The typical freshness of the variety is well balanced. Perfect with cured meats, hard cheeses, lamb roasts and roast vegetables.

Vineyards: Mandrarossa, Cantina Settesoli, Sicily, Italy.
