Very intense cherry colour with purple rim. Intense aroma which evokes strawberries and raspberries, with a hint of spice. Fine toasted and creamy notes from the oak, combining vanilla and coffee. Meaty on the palate, well fused fruit and oak, with refined tannins. Good distribution of fruit. Spiced. Perfect with grilled, roasted or casseroled meats, pastas and semi-cured cheeses. Perfect accompaniment for tapas.
