Made with 100% Tempranillo grapes, harvested by hand. After selection, the grapes were destemmed and crushed with a pre-fermentation maceration at 16 degrees to obtain greater aromatic intensity with a fermentation of 12 days at a temperature between 28 and 30 degrees Celsius. The wine was aged in French and American oak barrels for 12 months with a refining in the bottle. Finally, rounding off its aging in the bottle for at least 4 months.
