De Cecco only uses Italian-grown tomatoes which are picked when just ripe to bring you the typical fragrance and flavour of Italian tomatoes.

Passata Rustica: a sauce with a sweet-sour taste and thick consistency, produced using only the pulp of tomatoes.

Passata Polpa: a  thick, smooth and versatile condiment which is ideal for a variety of uses.

Passata Classica: produced without seeds and has a velvety appearance, bright colour and fresh taste that is reminiscent of home-made sauces.
