Fregula Sarda is a type of durum wheat semolina pasta from the Sardinian region in Italy. It is similar to Israel couscous.
It is one of Sardina’s most iconic foods and you can use it with seafood, beans, meat sauces and vegetables. It is also used in soups and salads (once cooled).
