La Chinata Truffle Extra Virgin Olive Oil, one of the brand’s best sellers, is made with a selection of Spanish Extra Virgin Olive Oil and flavored with truffle, specifically of the Tuber Aestmum Vittad variety. This truffle, also known as the summer truffle, is black in appearance with brown and somewhat shiny hues. It can go up to 7mm. This small fungus, which lives associated with the roots of some trees, mainly holm oaks and oaks, has great gastronomic value and has a high fiber content.
