It’s recommended to use it for salads, to dress eggs, to season omelettes and scrambled eggs, to marinate fishes and seafood, to serve with vegetables as tomatoes, aubergines and peppers, as well as with cheeses, red meats or pasta. And, of course it is ideal to cook Pesto sauce.
