Pecorino Fioretto del Monte

Hard cheese made from sheep milk. Known for the salty flavour, good altenative to a Parmesan cheese. Used in salads and pesto, excellent for grating.

Vacuum sealed in a plastic bag.

Cheese packed in small portions, not necessarily sold in 1 single block.
