Named after the city of Gouda in the Netherlands, Mild Gouda is a classic Dutch cheese and one of the most popular cheeses worldwide. Our Gouda is made traditionally with fresh cow’s milk, and it is soft and creamy, with balanced intensity.
Vacuum sealed in a plastic bag.
Cheese packed in small portions, not necessarily sold in 1 single block.
Please note: Our cheese is hand-cut, so it is not possible to meet the exact weight ordered; actual weights may vary +/- 20g.
Keep the mild gouda cheese in a drawer in the fridge for up to 1 month. It doesn’t matter which drawer you place the mild gouda cheese in, as long as it’s in a drawer and not on a shelf. Drawers are warmer with higher humidity so the cheese won’t dry out. You can also use a large plastic or glass container to store your wrapped cheeses if you don’t have free space in a drawer. Cover it tightly with a lid.
