Salame Ungherese Sliced is made from high-quality pork, seasoned with a blend of spices such as paprika, garlic, and white pepper. The salami is slow-cured and aged, developing a firm texture and a rich, smoky flavor with a hint of sweetness and spice. It often features a white mold coating on the exterior, which contributes to its distinctive taste and character. This salami is enjoyed sliced thin and served as part of charcuterie boards, sandwiches, or as a snack.
