Made with wheat flour, sugar, fresh eggs (26 %), glucose syrup, raising agents and natural flavourings.
Designed for excellent absorption while still maintaining structural integrity (ideal for desserts like Tiramisù).

Description
Ladyfingers 200g – By law, the name “Savoiardo” is reserved for the egg pastry biscuit with a characteristic elongated shape and a structure characterized by small, regular air bubbles, with sugar covering the upper surface and a typical vanilla and lemon flavour. The product must have 4% and 12% humidity.
*They are also called Ladyfingers because of their shape as they resemble the thin delicate fingers of a woman.
