Description

Legend says that the star-shaped Pandoro is modeled after the mountains near Verona, where it was first created. This is why it is traditionally sprinkled with powdered sugar, to resemble the snow on the mountains.
Excellent alternative to Panettone, it is made by mixing butter, flour, milk, yeast – but most especially eggs, to which it owes its beautiful golden yellow colour.
