Albufera Rice 1kg (Paella rice) – Albufera rice is a pearly round rice grown in Valencia (Spain), the most versatile Spanish rice for paella and other Spanish rice dishes (such as arroz meloso).
It’s characterized by a firm texture after cooking. On the inside, the consistency remains creamy and juicy, and the rice grains keep their shape. Contains more starch than Bomba rice.
