PEACH NECTAR (Santa Vittoria) is an Italian favourite. It’s made from an irresistibly delicious peach puree. Processing Peaches are harvested by hand, washed, sorted, crushed and then passed to obtain the puree, which is filtered and pasteurized. This is then mixed with water and cane sugar and then homogenized to obtain the nectar, which is pasteurized (heat treatment to make it stable).
Peach Nectar’s rich flavour and dense quality are truly unique. The peach puree gives the drink a melt-in-your-mouth texture and a mellow taste, just like eating a peach. One sip and you’ll be hooked.
