Gruyere Cheese

Traditional, creamy, compact cheese named after a town in the district of Gruyère. It is slightly grainy with a wonderful complexity of flavours – at first fruity, later becomes more earthy and nutty.

Vacuum sealed in a plastic bag.

Cheese packed in small portions, not necessarily sold in 1 single block.
