Chorizo is made with finely chopped pork, venison and beef that is lightly seasoned with the traditional spices of the Spanish culture to make a sausage that has a little kick. They are then filled into a 30mm casing, cooked and vacuum packed. Coe in two flavours: Mild and Hot.
