Bordeaux – the Wines for winter:
exploring the most famous and highly coveted wine blend in the world.
Like many wines with a long history, there is a lot to learn,
and we are ready to highlight some excellent wines from this region.
A selection of Bordeaux “Petit Chateau” wines
from the excellent 2016 vintage will be included:
these wines are splendid for winter drinking,
known for their freshness, structure and balance.
We will test this theory
along with other vintages of Bordeaux for comparison.
A matching inspired light dinner will be served.
