GIFT HAMPERS TERMS AND CONDITIONs
We select only products of the finest quality. If we are unable to supply product as shown or if specified items are not available then the item will be replaced with a similar item of equal or higher value.
In addition, some items are only available while stocks last and may not be available online or in both stores.
Delivery available New Zealand wide via tracked service. Hampers delivered within New Zealand are subject to a courier fee in addition to the quoted price of the hamper. Upon providing your delivery address on the checkout page your delivery fee will be displayed and added to your subtotal to review and proceed with a payment.
In the most cases we will replicate or refund your hamper in the event of loss or damage.
Furthermore, all hamper deliveries are subject to our Shipping and refund policy.
GIFT VOUCHERS TERMS AND CONDITIONs
The bearer is entitled to the value worth of goods at The Mediterranean Food Company, Tuam St store or café and Oxford Terrace Deli.
This gift voucher is like cash – if it’s stolen or lost we won’t be able to give you another one.
This voucher is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash in part or full and is valid for a single transaction only.
This voucher is valid until 12 months from the date of issuance, strictly no extension of the expiry date from the date of issue will be allowed.
This voucher cannot be redeemed in order to purchase another gift voucher.
